Chicken Liver Bolognese

Chicken livers are cheap source of protein and have the flavor and silky texture that make a really nice addition to the bolognese. Sautéing chicken livers until they are extra-browned,  makes it more creamy without adding the “liver” flavor. Ingredients 250 g chicken livers 1 red onion, finely chopped 1 carrot, grated 2 cloves of
