Tandoori Chicken Sliders

Delicious tandoori chicken layered on spiced mayo sauce is a perfect combo for your taste buds!


Ingredients:
Chicken breast- 500 g, cut into small chunks
Onion- 1, finely chopped
Tomato-1, finely chopped
Garlic – 3 pods, finely minced
Yogurt- ½ cup
Tandoori Masala- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise – ½ cup
Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
Mustard paste- 1 tsp
Red chili sauce- 1 tsp
Honey- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves- A small bunch, finely chopped
Grated cheese- As needed for garnish
Salt- To taste
Oil- As needed

Method: In a bowl, add the chicken chunks and marinate it with tandoori masala, yogurt, turmeric powder, & salt. Leave it aside for 15-20 mins.
In another bowl, add the mayonnaise, pepper powder, mustard paste, red chili sauce, and honey. Mix them until well blended. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and saute until translucent. Add salt & garlic and fry until the raw smell goes away. Add in the marinated chicken and fry until cooked & golden brown. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from flame and keep aside. Generously spread the mayo sauce on the bread on both sides. Add 1-2 tbsp of the tandoori chicken masala to the bread. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and bake for 2-3 mins. Remove from oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
