These savory rice pancakes are made with rice and urad dal batter & to add to the crispy excitement of these dosas, they are small bite sized ones that makes it a thrilling mouthful!
Dosa batter – 2 cups
Salt – To taste
Ghee/clarified butter- As needed
Method: Heat a flat pan. Generously grease the pan with ghee by dipping half cut onion in the ghee for flavoring. Add salt to the dosa batter and mix well. Using a tablespoon, drop in the batter to the pan to make small coin sized dosas. When it starts to form bubbles, carefully flip the dosa and cook until both the sides are done. Once you have made enough dosas, serve with chutney or sambar of your choice and enjoy!
