Quick and easy to make, this super flavorful crowd-pleaser is loaded with Indian flavors!
Boneless chicken Breast- 2, cut into small strips
French Fries – 2 cups
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chili paste – 1 tsp
Tandoori masala powder- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Shredded cheddar cheese – As needed
Cilantro- A small bunch, finely chopped
Chat masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
Oil- As needed
Salt – To taste
Method: Clean, cut, & drain the chicken strips. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, tandoori masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and salt. Leave it aside for 30 mins. Drizzle oil in a grill pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until done. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate. Heat oil in a pan and add the French fries. Cook until the potatoes are crispy and done. Drain them onto a paper towel. Once the fries are done cooking, place them in a plate as a layer, top with the cooked tandoori chicken, sprinkle with chaat masala, remaining lemon juice, cheese, & salt. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve and enjoy!
