Pancake mix – 1 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Unsalted butter- As needed
Method: In a bowl, add the pancake mix, vanilla essence, and milk to form a smooth thick batter without any lumps. Decant the prepared batter into a squeeze bottle. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low flame and grease generously with butter. Working quickly, squeeze small drops of the batter to the pan. Leave little space between the drops as they will spread out a bit. Once the mini pancakes start bubbling, gently flip them over using chopsticks or the edge of a fork, and cook the other side for 10-15 seconds. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and repeat for the remaining batter. Garnish with strawberries, blueberries, or any fruits of your choice or simply serve with maple syrup or milk and enjoy like cereals!
