Lipsmacking deep-fried cottage cheese fritters that is spicy & deliciously flavorful!

Paneer- 100 g
Maida/all purpose flour – 1 tbsp
Rice flour- 2 tbsp
Corn flour- 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Soya sauce –  tsp
Red food color- a pinch (optional)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Curry leaves- A sprig
Salt- To taste
Water- As needed

Method: Cut the paneer into small cubes. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except paneer into a smooth batter. Marinate the paneer in the prepared mixture and leave it aside for 10-15 mins. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the marinated paneer cubes until they are golden in color. Transfer them on a paper towel. Finally, add curry leaves and fry for a min. Garnish the fried curry leaves over the cooked paneer. Serve as an appetizer and enjoy!
