കണ്ണൂരിന്റെ അവൽ ഇസ്‌തിരി / Kannur Style Aval Isthiri

Inspired from a You Tube video, this is an interesting breakfast recipe that is super easy & nutritious!

Ingredients:
Aval/poha- 1 cup
Sev- 1/2 cup
Banana – 1, cut into thin slices
Sugar- As needed
Warm milk- 1/2 cup

Method: In a bowl, add the aval, sev, banana slices, sugar, & milk. Mix well and enjoy!
