Melting Cheese Maggi Dosa

Start your day with this magical combination of taste with Maggi noddles dosa brimming with lots and lots of cheese!


Dosa batter – 1 cup
Maggi noodles- 1 pack
Cheese – 1/2 cup
Red and green bell peppers- 1, chopped into small cubes
Tomato sauce: As needed
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Butter- As needed
Salt- To taste

Method: Cook the Maggi noodles as per package instructions and add in the of tastemaker. Remove from flame and keep it aside. Heat a dosa tawa and grease it with butter. Pour 1 ladle of the dosa batter & spread it into concentric circles. Drizzle butter on top and cook till crisp and light brown. Spread 1 tbsp of the tomato sauce and add 2 tbsp of the Maggi noodles and spread evenly. Add the chopped bell peppers. Sprinkle a pinch of the pepper powder and salt. Generously sprinkle cheese over the noodles. Reduce the flame to low. Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes until the cheese is completely melted. Roll the dosa and transfer to a serving plate. Butterly cheesy noodles dosa is ready to gobble!
