A healthy breakfast snack on the go!
Ripe bananas – 3, mashed
Milk- 1/2 cup
Oil- As needed
Cheerios cereal – 2 cups, finely crushed
Raisins- 1/2 cup
Almonds-1/4 cup, finely chopped
Whole wheat flour- 1.5 cups
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Method: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine together the mashed bananas, milk, egg, oil, crushed Cheerios, raisins, brown sugar, and baking powder. Spray the muffin tins with butter or cooking spray. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
