Eggless Coffee N’ Biscuit Pudding

A small treat to your tummy with a taste of coffee and chocolate. This is an easy to make “never-fail” recipe.


Milk – 2 cups
Instant Coffee Powder – 3 tbsp
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Sugar – ¼ cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Marie Biscuits – 10 (or any biscuit of your choice)
Chocolate chips – 2 tbsp
Chocolate syrup – 2 tbsp


Method: Crush the biscuits and keep it aside. Mix together the coffee powder, corn flour, and ½ cup warm milk in a pan until there are no lumps. Keep aside. In a pan, add the remaining milk and sugar and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes. Add the coffee-corn flour paste and cook until the sauce thickens, stirring continuously. Remove from the flame and add vanilla essence and mix it well. Keep it aside and allow it cool down completely. Take a glass and add one layer of the crushed biscuits. Add a spoonful of the coffee pudding mixture over the layer biscuits. Sprinkle some chocolate chips over the coffee mixture. Again add a layer of the crushed biscuits, sprinkle some chocolate chips and finally drizzle chocolate syrup over it. Refrigerate it until ready to serve and enjoy!
