Ingredients Sardines/Mathi/Chala: 5-6 numbers Ginger-garlic paste: ½ tsp Turmeric powder: ¾ tsp Red chilly powder: ½ tsp Black Pepper powder: 1 tbsp Lemon juice: 1 tsp Oil: As required Curry Leaves: Few Salt: To taste Method: Clean the sardines well and make oblique gashes on both sides of the fish. Grind all other ingredients into a paste.
