Enjoy a perfect summertime treat with India’s favorite humble biscuit- Parle-G!!!
Parle G biscuits – 20
Ice cream (your favorite) – 2 large bowls
Pistachios – 1/2 cup, coarsely chopped
Cashew nuts- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped
Sprinkles- As needed
Method: Line a tray with parchment paper. Layer 10 of the biscuits. Spread the ice cream of your choice evenly over the biscuit layer. Generously sprinkle it with the chopped nuts. Layer the remaining biscuits. Cover it with a cling wrap and freeze for 1-2 hours. Take it out from the refrigerator and gently cut into sandwiches. Dip each sandwich in sprinkles and serve immediately. Enjoy.
