Crushed oreo biscuits- 1 pack
Jalebis – 7, crushed into small pieces (+1 for decorating)
Cream cheese – 500 g
Double cream – 200 mL
Unsalted butter- 1/2 cup
Method: Grease a 9 inch springfoam pan generously with butter. Melt butter in a saucepan. In a bowl, add the oreo crumbs and melted butter and mix well. Transfer this mixture into the springform pan and press down using the back of a spoon. Keep it in the freezer for 30 mins. In a bowl, add the cream cheese, double cream, and crushed jalebis and mix until just blended. Spread this mixture evenly over the biscuit base. Garnish with a jalebi in the center of the cheesecake. Refrigerate it for about 4 hours. When ready to serve, carefully remove cheesecake from the tin and cut into slices. Serve and enjoy!
