Enjoy a breakfast treat with these wonderful bites of bacon pancake dippers that are delicious and full of yummy flavor!
Bisquick/pancake mix- 1 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Bacon- 8 slices
Method: Cook the bacon in the oven or oil as desired and drain them on paper towels. Cut them into halves and keep aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, and egg until blended. Allow it to rest for 10 mins. Heat a griddle pan over medium heat. Dip each bacon slice into the pancake batter and gently drop them into the griddle. Cook until the edges are set and bubbles form on the top. Flip and cook until lightly browned. Remove from heat. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and bacon. Drizzle with melted butter and maple syrup or honey. Enjoy!
