Ginger-Garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Green chilies – 3, cut into halves
Red chili powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Mustard seeds- 1/4  tsp
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
Water- As needed
Salt- As taste
Oil- As needed

Method: Clean, wash, and drain the beef. Marinate the beef with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, & salt for at least 1 hour. Transfer the meat to a pressure cooker, add1/4 cup of water, and cook for 4-5 whistles. Once the beef is cooked, remove from flame and keep aside. After the pressure subsides, open the lid. Heat oil in a large pan. Add the cooked beef and fry well until the liquid completely dries off and the meat turns brown in color. Transfer the fried beef to a plate. In the same pan, add more oil if needed. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Fry for a minute until the raw smell goes away. Add the sliced onions and saute until translucent. Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Add the curry leaves and the cooked meat and mix well. Stir fry for 5-10 mins. Add lemon juice, garam masala powder, and pepper powder and mix well. Fry for 2-3 mins. Serve warm with steamed rice or chapati.
