Lasagna noodles – 1 pack
Ground meat- 1/2 kg
Onion- 1, finely chopped
Garlic – 5 pods, finely minced
Ginger- 1/2″, finely minced
Pasta sauce/crushed tomatoes -1 can
Dried oregano -1 tbsp
Chicken broth- 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup shredded
Coriander leaves – A small bunch, finely chopped
Salt- To taste
Oil- As needed
Method: In a large vessel, boil water. Add the lasagna noodles and cook as per the directions on the packet. Drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a large pan. Add the onions and season with salt. Cook until tender and golden. Add the minced ginger + garlic and saute well until the raw smell goes away. Add the ground meat and cook until the color changes to dark brown. Add the pasta sauce and mix well. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the lasagna noodles and cook, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the mozzarella and mix well, letting melt into the soup. Garnish with coriander leaves & hot. Enjoy!
