Chocolate French Toasts With Caramelized Bananas

Make a luscious breakfast of French toasts topped with caramelized bananas and fresh berries!

 

Ingredients:
Wholewheat bread slices – 4
Bananas – 2
Milk- 1/2 cup
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
Coco powder- 1 tsp
Butter- As needed
Fresh blueberries & blackberries- As needed
White chocolate chips- As needed

Method:  Melt butter in a pan. Cut one banana into thin long slices. Add the banana slices into the pan and fry it for 1-2 mins until caramelized on both sides. Remove from pan and keep aside. In a small bowl, mash the banana with a fork.  To this add, brown sugar, milk, coco powder, and vanilla extract, and mix well.  Dip the bread slices in the prepared mixture. Melt butter in a pan. Place the dipped bread slices on the pan and fry both sides until crispy. Place the caramelized banana on the fried toast and garnish with fresh berries & chocolate chips. Serve your breakfast toast with a bright smile!
