An Indian street food style snack that is popular during rainy day delight during the summer!
Method: In a small bowl, mix together the chaat masala, chili powder, paprika, & salt. Keep this aside. Remove the corn husk and strings from the corn. Roast the corn on the heated grill, turning it on all sides occasionally so that the corn gets roasted evenly. Once the corns are all ready, take a lemon wedge, dip it in the prepared spice mix, and rub it on the hot corn. Sprinkle a little lemon juice if desired. Repeat the same process for the remaining corns. Enjoy the hot tangy corns with a medley of spices!
