Christmassy Candy Cane Marshmallow Pops

Santa’s little elves would definitely approve of these perfect little festive treats for the Holidays. 

 

Ingredients:
Large marshmallows : 1 small pack
Melted chocolate : 1/2 cup
Mini candy canes : 12-14 sticks
Crushed candy canes: 1/2 cup

Method: Stick a candy cane into the center of the large marshmallow. Dip the marshmallow in the bowl of melted chocolate, dripping off the excess chocolate. Roll the marshmallow in the crushed candy cane mixture. Place on a waxed paper and leave it aside to cool. Repeat the process with the remaining marshmallows.
