Reduce the heat to medium high. Using a spoon, gently slide in dollops of the mixtures and fry until golden and crisp on all sides. Drain the fried pakoras onto a kitchen towel. Repeat the process for the remaining mixture. Serve hot and crisp with mint-coriander chutney.
